Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
Budget Wine SA is an online store in the wine industry
Legal Requirements
You must be 18 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Budget Wines SA (PTY) Ltd. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 18 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Budget Wines SA are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Budget Wines and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Budget Wines. Please note, if we have not received payment within 3 working days of receiving an order, we will assume that you are no longer interested, and your order will be cancelled.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within three working days or as discussed. If courier is not needed your order can be collected at Andrew Norman Business Park, Unit 2, Industria Road, Mansfield Industria, Gordon’s Bay, 7140 from Monday to Friday’s between 8am & 4pm. If you choose Delivery via courier please complete the information correctly. Person Signing for the delivery must show proof of ID, and must be older than 18 years of age. We will not be liable for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the client.
You accept that in order for us to prove collection of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person with your order number & of legal age collected the goods.
Return and Refunds Policy
If for any reason you don’t like the wine that you have purchased from us, you may return the wine and we will refund you for any unopened bottles (within 14 days of purchase).The provision of goods by Budget Wines is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Budget Wines will contact you with options and advise of stock availability.
An order can only be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been processed by Budget Wines.
If a product is damaged: We package our boxes to export standards, and we take utmost care when sipping these boxes. But we cannot insure it with the courier companies as they don’t insure glass & liquid products. So, we cannot replace items if it is damaged in the transport stage to you.
Return policy If the wine is off or there is a quality problem with the standard of the wine, we will be happy to assist you in this regard. The solution will be discussed with management.
If you aren’t returning the item yourself, shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original state, we will refund you the value of the product. Handling fees may apply.
If you receive the wrong product, please contact Budget Wines within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
Storage / Orders Paid For:
We do not offer storage of your paid orders for longer than one month. Orders kept here for longer than one month will be charged extra for storage and you will receive a bill each month. This is now your property, and we will not be held responsible for any storage or breakage caused for longer than this time. Your order will be sent to you regardless of if you want it yet or not.

Budget Wines respects your privacy. This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via EFT to the Budget Wines bank account, or securely via PayFast, The details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
Transaction currency
The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Budget Wines takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and arrangement for collection of goods.
Disclaimer
It is our mission that all information on this website is as accurate and up to date as possible, and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, Budget Wines accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause.
Use of the Website
This site may be used by customers to browse the content and products and to make legitimate purchases. Persons may not use this site for any purposes such as fraudulent or speculative transactions or to copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any of the images or content available on the site.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Budget Wines chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature:

Variation
Budget Wines may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
